No corporate theories or stuffy textbooks. Just practical advice built from twenty years of running businesses, managing teams, and setting up systems that work.
Most consultants show up with a generic playbook. I come with something more practical: real experience.
Not from watching other businesses from the sidelines, but from working right inside them. I've spent twenty years setting up day-to-day routines, managing technology, handling bookkeeping, running marketing, and building my own businesses from the ground up.
I've worked behind the scenes in almost every corner of business—and I paid close attention to how it all fits together.
I started in client service—the front line where you learn fast what customers actually care about versus what businesses think they want.
From there, I moved into operations, learning how to manage teams and keep things running smoothly when the pressure is on. I got into technology, building IT setups that make work easier instead of more confusing.
I managed money and bookkeeping, where you learn to see the real story behind the numbers; and I ran marketing, making sure our message actually brought in clients.
But running my own businesses has always been my ultimate driver. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping fellow business owners set up the right tools, clear the admin clutter, and finally focus on growing.
By the time most consultants are studying business textbooks, I was already helping run them.

I’m also a music and visual producer—and that’s not just a side note. It’s a fundamental part of how I think.
Creative work trains you to look at things differently. It helps you see small details that others miss, understand how presentation shapes customer trust, and realize that a good business plan is useless if it doesn't connect with real people.
That creative eye goes directly into how we handle marketing and write copy for your business. We don't do generic templates; we make sure your brand sounds and looks like you.
Here's the honest truth: most business owners are wearing ten different hats at once.
You don't have a full department for tech, finance, or operations. You just have your own drive, a clear goal, and a to-do list that never ends. When you need help, you usually get overpriced consultants with generic playbooks, or online courses that don't fit your daily reality.
Hill Vault exists to change that.
One experienced partner. Practical knowledge. Real-world perspective. Structured for companies that are actively building—not corporate giants who have already arrived.
Running a business is hard enough. You shouldn't have to navigate it alone.
Workflows, systems, team structure, scaling
Infrastructure, tools, digital systems
P&L clarity, cost control, financial process
Brand, web, campaigns, conversion
Customer experience, retention, service design
Entity setup, go-to-market, first clients
Visual identity, music, brand storytelling
Documentation, SOPs, operational efficiency
You can't Google your way to knowing how a business actually runs. That wisdom has to be earned by doing the work inside real businesses, with real consequences. That's the only kind of help we bring to the table.
The word "small" is just about size, not your drive. You are building something real, and you deserve advice that respects that.
Most business owners don't struggle because they aren't working hard enough. They struggle because nobody ever helped them see clearly—where they are, what's in the way, and what to do next. We help you find that path.
We don't deal in empty promises or slow turnarounds. When we work together, my goal is to deliver clear, practical improvements quickly so you can see the difference in your daily business immediately.
I’ve spent my career figuring out how businesses actually work—from the ground up. I know what happens when day-to-day work gets messy, when marketing stops bringing in clients, and when you're simply too busy to see the next step.
I built Hill Vault because I wanted to offer what I always wanted when running my own companies: a trusted partner who understands the full picture, tells you the straight truth, and actually helps you build systems that work.
If you're building a business—whether you're just getting started or trying to break through a wall you've hit—let's talk. I'd genuinely love to help.
